It was around 8 months before my wedding; I was feeling bloated, extremely ‘blah’ and really unhealthy. In a nutshell, I was feeling yuck…. even though I was exercising daily and eating cleanly.
I was tired, unmotivated and not sleeping well. To compensate, I fed my low energy levels with refined sugars such as musk sticks and jellybeans.
I have always been an advocate for health and fitness and deep down, I knew BETTER.
A good friend of mine introduced me to the Isagenix products in March 2013 – within the first week of using the products I had some amazing results.
As a result of my first 30 day cleanse, I released a layer of bloat that hovered around my mid section – making way for the reveal of lean muscle and a fit body that couldn’t wait to get into that dream wedding dress!
Aside from the physical changes, use of the products was aiding quicker recovery from my strength based training sessions and energy levels higher than those I had as a teenager.
Plus, the musk stick and jellybean jar remained untouched. In fact, I threw them out. I didn’t need them anymore.

People close to me started noticing physical and emotional changes, including my body confidence, and they started asking questions.
Personal Trainers, old school friends, athletes, young mums and brides-to-be, all wanted to know more. I simply started talking about the program and products, and my own personal results and experiences.
Needless to say, I fell in love with the products and began sharing, very organically, at the time not knowing much about the business side of things. All I knew is that after years of trialing different programs, I found something that worked and I wanted everyone I knew to feel as good as I did.
From this alone, the momentum started. People wanted to feel how I was feeling. They started to sign up for the products.
Quite quickly, the cost of my personal products were being covered by Isagenix bonuses, and in August 2013, I started to take a closer look at the business side of things and realised that with some work, I could take this to the next level. I could earn some serious cash by simply sharing an amazing product with people that would help change their lives.
In one month of working Isagenix part time, I earnt $7,500 – a beautiful 10 day honeymoon in Thailand PAID FOR!!!!
This was more than a one month salary from my job as a University Lecturer. Talk about having to pinch yourself……
Before I said farewell to 2013, I was in a financial position to take 12 months unpaid leave from my ‘day job’ to focus wholly and solely on building my Isagenix business – Integrity Health and Wellbeing.
Funny enough, that’s not even the best part.
The best part for me is that I have been able to share and inspire others, including my family, to take the same journey to great health.
My baby sister is 24 and has released an incredible 8.5kgs and 60 +cms. To see how happy she is in herself is the greatest reward.
It is absolutely incredible how I feel and thanks to nutritional cleansing, I am excited to say that I am embracing my body for the first time in more than a decade.
I have confidence, I feel amazing, I am energized and I am excited about the beautiful life that is ahead of me.
I know these products will be in my life forever.
